Pastors Kelly and Denise have been faithfully serving as Senior Pastors at Watts Bar Community Church since 2012. They are blessed with a wonderful family, including four beautiful children, three amazing sons-in-law, one amazing daughter-in-law, and a growing number of incredible grandchildren.

Pastor Kelly’s down-to-earth, relatable, and often humorous approach to breaking down the Word of God makes it easy to understand and apply in everyday life. Together, Kelly and Denise are as genuine as they come, often saying that God is doing great things at WBCC in spite of them. However, it’s clear to all who know them that God placed them here at this specific time to lead with grace and to foster an atmosphere where EVERYONE is loved and welcomed.

Kelly is the son of our founding pastors, Kenneth and Connie Goins, and the older brother of Associate Pastor Kasey Goins. Their leadership and heart for people continue to guide WBCC into all that God has in store.

Pastors Kasey and Tiffany are an anointed and invaluable part of Watts Bar Community Church, serving as Associate Pastors while also taking on specialized roles within our ministry. Tiffany leads the prayer team with grace and a heart for intercession, while Kasey serves as the resident pastor for our Celebrate Recovery Ministry, helping individuals find healing and restoration through Christ.

As the youngest son of our founding pastors, Kenneth and Connie Goins, and Pastor Kelly’s brother, Kasey carries a deep legacy of faith. Together, he and Tiffany are the proud parents of four beautiful children. Their ability to connect with people, combined with their passion for God’s work, makes them a vital part of the WBCC family

Pastor Bob has been a part of Watts Bar Community Church since birth, dedicated here as a baby and growing up with a deep love for this church family. After serving under his mentor, Pastor Kelly, for ten years, Bob became the Worship Pastor in 2009. With exceptional leadership and raw musical talent, he continues to elevate the worship experience, leading others into the presence of God.

Each Sunday, Pastor Bob and his music ministry team bring a modern, dynamic sound to the stage. Don’t be surprised if you hear a song or two that you wouldn’t find on J103! In addition to leading worship, Bob also serves as Director of Media, Audio, and Video Production, using his skills to enhance every aspect of WBCC’s ministry.

Bob serves alongside his wife, Kelsey Koerber, WBCC’s Office Administator. Together, they are raising two beautiful daughters and are honored to serve their community with passion and dedication.

Pastors Ben and Amanda have been faithfully serving as our Student Pastors since 2014, leading our dynamic youth ministry, 412 Youth. Pastor Ben grew up at Watts Bar Community Church and has grown into a mighty man of God with a heart for mentoring the next generation. Together, they are blessed with three vibrant children and are passionate about serving the WBCC community.

Every Wednesday, Pastor Ben and Amanda bring a fresh, relevant message that resonates with our students, encouraging them to grow in their faith and navigate life with purpose. Their dedication, energy, and love for teenagers make them the perfect leaders to guide and inspire your student.

Pastors Austin and Briana have been serving as our Children’s Pastors since 2017. Having both grown up at Watts Bar Community Church, they share a deep love for this community and a passion for teaching the next generation about God. Married since 2017, they are proud parents of two wonderful children—a son and a daughter.

Each week, you’ll find them leading wbKids with energy and creativity, helping children connect with God through engaging worship, interactive Bible lessons, fun games, and outdoor activities. Their goal is to make learning about the Bible both meaningful and exciting, planting seeds of faith that will last a lifetime

Kelsey is a proud product of Watts Bar Community Church. Having grown up at  WBCC, she has served in a variety of roles over the years, bringing her heart for ministry and creativity to everything she does.  Currently, Kelsey leads our social media efforts, working diligently to expand our reach and connect with people beyond the walls of our church. In addition to managing our online presence, she has stepped into the role of office administrator.

Kelsey is the wife of Bob Koerber, our Worship and Arts Pastor, and together they are raising two beautiful daughters. She is a vital member of our team, and we are blessed by her passion, vision, and unwavering commitment to WBCC.

Our beloved Faye Rose went home to be with the Lord on January 20, 2025. Faye was a cornerstone of the Watts Bar Community Church family, serving faithfully as our office administrator and secretary for over 40 years. She was here from the very beginning, helping to establish our church in 1983 and dedicating her time and talents to countless tasks, from answering phones to managing the books—Faye truly did it all.

Her unwavering commitment, joyful spirit, and servant’s heart touched everyone she met. She wasn’t just a valued team member; she was family. We are deeply grateful for the legacy of faith, love, and dedication she leaves behind. Her presence will be profoundly missed, but her memory inspires us to serve with the same passion and grace she so beautifully embodied. We honor her life and thank God for the blessing of having Faye as part of our journey.
