Equipped is a young adults ministry, targeting the 18-30 age group.  Our mission is to “equip” college and career minded young adults with the tools to grow as a follower of Christ and adult, by cultivating relationships and expanding our knowledge of who Jesus is and what He means to our maturity process.  

"All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.  God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work."

2 Timothy 3:16-17

The lost generation?

We don't think so!

Young adults aged 18 to 30 play a vital role in the life and vitality of the church. As they transition from adolescence to adulthood, they bring with them a unique energy, passion, and perspective that enriches the entire community.

In the church, these young adults represent the future leaders, innovators, and influencers. Their enthusiasm and fresh ideas breathe life into ministries, fostering creativity and adaptability in reaching new generations with the message of hope and love.

This age group is often at a pivotal stage in their faith journey, exploring and solidifying their beliefs, values, and identity. Engaging with this demographic is essential for fostering spiritual growth and discipleship, providing them with opportunities for mentorship, meaningful relationships, and authentic community.

By investing in the spiritual development and leadership potential of young adults, the church not only ensures its relevance and sustainability but also witnesses the transformative power of God's grace in shaping lives and impacting society. Embracing the gifts and talents of 18 to 30 year olds in church empowers them to become catalysts for positive change, both within the congregation and beyond.

Pastors Kasey & Tiffany Goins

Pastors Kasey and Tiffany  are an anointed addition to Watt’s Bar Community Church.  They bring  unique perspective to our community on how to live and love others with Godly passion and purpose.
 
Pastors Kasey and Tiffany are both tremendously talented and have four beautiful children.
 
Pastor Kasey is  Pastor Kelly’s brother and the youngest son of the founding Pastors Kenneth and Connie Goins.
